Customers are responsible for providing this clearance (renewed every 6 months, $100 fee) if the load requires PVT disposal. If you are a commercial contractor, you likely already have this, but if not, our team can guide you through the process.

If loading by hand, ensure you stack items efficiently starting from the front to maximize space.

Absolutely not. A 40-yard dumpster is designed for large volumes of relatively light, bulky materials (wood, drywall, metal, furniture). If you fill a 40-yard bin with dirt, concrete, or rock, it will exceed the maximum weight capacity of our trucks and the legal road limits. For heavy materials, you must rent our 10-yard dumpsters.
